Who we are, what we do, and why millions of Bangladeshis trust us — find out everything on this page.
As demand for online entertainment in Bangladesh began to grow, most platforms were foreign-built — English-only interfaces, payment methods that didn't suit local users, and virtually no customer support. joy9bd was founded to fill exactly that gap. The goal was simple: create a complete gaming experience built for Bangladeshi users, the Bangladeshi way.
It started with a small team and a big idea. In the very first year, thousands of users chose joy9bd, and their feedback, suggestions, and complaints were fed directly into improving the platform. Five years on, joy9bd has grown into one of Bangladesh's largest online gaming platforms — but the founding principles haven't changed.
"We believe entertainment should be accessible, safe, and transparent. joy9bd is more than a platform — it's a reflection of the trust placed in us by millions of Bangladeshis."
Everything at joy9bd is built with Bangladesh in mind. The interface is in Bangla, payments go through bKash and Nagad, and our customer support team speaks your language. The app is kept lightweight to account for local network conditions — it runs smoothly even on a 3G connection. These thoughtful details are exactly what sets joy9bd apart from foreign platforms.
Whether cricket is in full swing, the BPL season is on, or Eid celebrations are underway — joy9bd never goes offline. This commitment to being present during the country's biggest moments is what makes joy9bd more than just a gaming site; it's part of Bangladesh's digital entertainment culture.
Joy9bd keeps things straightforward — no hidden terms, transparent reward calculations, and a hassle-free withdrawal process. We believe a great platform is only as strong as the trust its users place in it. Earning and protecting that trust is what we do every single day.
Joy9bd's commitment to responsible gaming is unwavering. We want every user to enjoy themselves within healthy limits. That's why tools like self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session limits are built directly into account settings. Playing on joy9bd isn't just about winning or losing — it's about a positive entertainment experience.
